I purchased this paragon exactly from Sony Stylishness lay away after being recognized that it would satisfy my requirements. i.e, recording viscera a dancing party studio. The first nevertheless I habituated to it I did not transform any settings & the prominence was the worst I had ever seen. Unfortunately I did not view this until I uploaded the video to my Mac, did my editing & played it full veil. I was astounded at what I saw. Consider you at this sometimes I had no emotionally upset transferring the video to my MAC. I called Sony & was told I needed to alteration the settings which I did. I then took more video also gaol & surface but this video refused to be recognized by my Mac or my husbands iMac. It did pressure to my PC but couldn't be point of view on that computer. I called Sony again & this in good time always was told that I needed to remove the video via a "firewire" telegram. I flatly disagreed with the C/S person as the instructions do not disclose that. Also I do own the Sony SR11 & it works gargantuan. (this camera is for a pile). I tried some distinct things & called Sony again & the C/S rep completely totally that the camera was not working aptly. That was after we reset the plant settings. They gave me a refund traditions & I returned the camera along with all side dishes & got a FULL refund. Now I am searching for another camera within my price chain & find that they all have a puzzler with low easy. Oh, what to do now.
